The hp deskjet Utility provides options which affect printing style and output.
It contains a number of useful tools to calibrate the printer, clean the print
cartridges, print a test page, and find Website support information.

viewing the hp deskjet utility panels
There are seven panels on the Utility screen. Select the panels to view the
options available:
• The WOW! panel allows you to print a sample page to view the
output quality of the printer.
• The Ink Level panel verifies the ink levels on the print cartridges.
• The Test panel allows you to print a test page.
• The Clean panel allows you to clean the print cartridges when your
printed output is streaked or poor.
• The Calibrate panel aligns the print cartridges to improve print
quality.
• The Support panel provides a Website address where you can find
information about HP products and supplies, and support for the HP
product you are using.
• The Register panel allows you to access the HP Website to register
your HP Deskjet printer.
